I Used this method in rooting my Cherry Mobile Flare 2.0 (Credits to Pinoy Droid Alliance)
[install]
1. Download Root Explorer [Google Play]
2. Download Root Master
3. Unpack and install Root Master on your PC
4. Install drivers of your mobile
5. Run RootMaster and press first button on first screen
6. After this click the center button on all windows
7. You mobile is rooted - Reboot your mobile
8. Close the RootMaster

Simpler Instructions in making the SUPERUSER English:
NOTE: MAKE SURE YOU'VE INSTALLED THE DRIVERS OF FLARE 2.0.. (AKA Common_Handset_USB_Driver)
Try this: http://www.mediafire.com/?rwgfz8q74ynj6p7 (i've uploaded the flare 2.0 driver)
After successful rooting using ROOTMASTER, ignore the last steps and proceed to this.. you may use SUPERSU as your main root manager.. just download it at google play.. after downloading it will ask you to update your su binary.. after updating su binary, you can now freeze the superuser (chinese)
NOTE: you can just re-root if it didn't work on your first try on replacing the superuser (chinese)

Before anything else, make sure you have a backup of your Cherry Mobile Flare 2.0..
How to Backup Your Android Qualcomm Device?
Cherry Mobile Flare 2.0 is a qualcomm device.. on making a backup image, we will be using Roadkil.net's software..
REQUIREMENTS:
PC/LAPTOP
USB Cable
Flare 2.0
Phone Drivers
Instructions:
1. install Device Drivers (this should be the first requirement)
2. power-off your mobile phone
3. Hold Volume down + up + power button at the same time.. wait for 5-10 secs (just to be sure because no display will be seen)
4. connect your cable! this is important..
5. open Roadkil's Disk Image
DOWNLOAD HERE: http://www.roadkil.net/program.php?ProgramID=12
6. Choose Store Image
7. click the browse and rename the file of your backup [backupname]-[date]-[time] (of course rename it without the [ ]) and then press START..
8. this will prompt after backup is finished..
NOTE: be careful in making a backup and restoring a file.. make sure the one you are restoring is from YOUR PHONE and not YOUR PC image..
TIP: backup your phone when you haven’t installed any apps yet
