Ayos to ah. 6 months pa lang ako ngayon sa currently work ko. Systemantech Inc. tapos deployed ako sa Toyota Motors Phil. as Desktop Support Engineer.

Company: Seidopro Global Inc (former logistics now it is BPO)
Location: Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig City
Position or Department: REO (consisting of 3 people only.)
Good Things:
Friendly workmate mapa regular employee or manager.
Quarterly Incentives and PMS Bonus
Not strict in terms of break and lunch(pwede magexceed basta di aabusuhin)
Attendance via website (para sakin good thing to since pwede ka magpaattendance kung malelate kana basta alam lang nila user at pass mo)
Easy approve leave basta wala pang nakaschedule sa araw na yun.
Tardy excuse. Kapag sobrang lakas ng ulan pwedeng malate kahit kalahating araw minsan pwede ng di pumasok depende sa situation.
Bad Things:
Low salary & slow increase. Not good in long run
Not flexitime
Cellphone is not allowed during work hours.
Strict guards. (akala mo nasa kulungan ka kasi panay ikot nila tapos nagchicheck kung anu anong bawal.)
RATE 1-10:
6. Siguro irerate ko to ng mga 9 kung mataas lang sila magbigay ng sahod or kahit yearly increase. Ang nangyayari kase aasa ka nalang sa bonus para makaipon.
