bakit ganun?lahat naman nagstart sa 6 months probationary then after ng evaluation ang permanent slot. at isa pa. bakit nagbago ng rate? at isa pa pababa. or you just need to rephrase your post?

questions
1 what job are we talking about?
2 are they the same company?

Same position lang ba yan? If I were to choose, maghahanap na lang ako ng iba.

Why?

Dun sa first option, 12k a month. You won't live a decent life sa 12k a month lang. I'd assume na nasa IT industry ka based on your username. Sobrang baba niyan kahit sabihin na entry-level position yan. Hindi pa kasama yung ibang deductions like SSS PHILHEALTH PAGIBIG.

You'll never know kung kailan ka mawawalan nang trabaho.

Hirap pg contractual ts wala pang 13month at bonus dun k n lng s permanent

So i choose permanent kesa contractual.

from there, mag kakaron ka ng work experience. iba kasi kapag tuloy tuloy ang work experience mo kaysa 6 months or paputol putol.

That night pinauwi ako kac unfair daw sakin kung mag start na ako tapos wala papla akong contract signing, so as of now jan 6 still waiting for my JO.

Thank you bro!

Hi,

I suggest you start getting a permanent job first, then do your best to acquire savings.

Now, once you have savings - let's say 6 months' worth of work - you can now take contractual jobs. This is challenging though, since you have to balance your time well. This is everyone's challenge, I presume. time management he he.

You'll even have more savings in the future if you have a handy permanent job + a contractual project or gig. Tiba-tiba! :yipee:

Cheers!
