Kahit sabay ML and Youtube na naka-1080p stable ang ping.
Mabilis mag-download & upload

Service nila is very okay sa side ko, why? Kasi inaayos nila agad if may naging problem ka.
Sa scenario ko, nabagsakan ng buko ung wire namin, after ko mag send sa kanila ng concern, inayos nila agad.
As of now almost 7mos of using converge, HAPPY and very much contented.

Kung ako tatanungin bago ang Converge at mas stable ang Internet hindi tulad ng PLDC na mapapamura ka talaga sa bwisit. Caloocan North FiberX user 25mbps pag nag kaproblema ang Internet saglit lang at nareresolve agad unlike PLDC na umaabot ng months.

Speechless... consistent ang speed nila minsan sumosobra pa kapag test ko sa speedtest our plan is 75mbs for only 2500 new promo nila unlike to other ISP dyan na matagal na sa industry wala parin upgrade I recommend this for those ppl who's seeking a good and fast internet connection. wla ako masabi 4k video isang click lang without no buffering happened.

Good Evening, meron nang converge fiber x sa area namin Php 1500 for 25mbps. Tanong ko lang kung binibigay ba nila yung root account ng router at kung pwede ba mag Port Forward sa router nila, balak kase magrun ng basic http server. At hindi ba sila naka carrier grade NAT tulad ng skybroadband? Salamat

Best ever fiber plan one year na namin gamit no lags sa onlines games kahit may manood ng 4K show sa Netflix unlike pldt fiber jusko ikaw ma stress kapag walang connection aabutin ka ng 3 weeks saka may connection ulit.

Same din manuod ka lang ng netflix show naka 4K resolution load kaagad no buffer at all kahit anim kami sa bahay unlike nung naka pldt fiber hintayin pa magload saka mag clear yung video sa netflix

I have some questions regarding my Converge. I have been using Converge Fiber X 35mbps plan since November 2018. From November 2018 until September 9, 2019, I've been using 120.29... IP range and my speedtest ping is always at 5mbps or less. It will automatically choose servers from Q.C. (mostly & which I'm in), San Juan or Makati. There's a software I'm using which I'm not going to mention anymore, also has the same latency reading as that of speedtest.net.

Starting September 10, 2019, I noticed that the software I'm reading is registering a latency of 260ms and up while speedtest.net is STILL 5mbps and less. Yes they have different latency readings for some reason. I also noticed that the servers that are chosen automatically by speedtest.net are from away places like Sta. Rosa Laguna, Cavite and etc. It turns out that I'm no longer using the 120.29 range, instead, I'm suddenly using 152.32 range up to this writing. If I use Globe mobile data, I get 35ms for ping while the software registers around 70ms which isn't far apart.

I decided to look up the IPs using ip-tracker.org which offer more details. The 120.29.... IP range has the following info: ISP = ComClark Network & Technology Corp., Organizatiom = Comclark Cable Internet and AS Number = Converge ICT Solutions Inc. which seems normal. However, the 152.32.. IP range has the following info: ISP = North Carolina Research and Education Network, Organization = Chowan University and AS Number = AS81 MCNC. Perhaps my new IP is being route to the US hence the high latency but speedtest doesn't recognize it. Frankly, there are no noticeable differences when using the software under 5ms or 260ms but it just bothers me and I would like understand. Sometimes I get paranoid that maybe the software is screwing me up but after looking at the informations from ip-tracker.org, I think it could be my ISP.

I was expecting that both IP range should have the same reading in ip-tracker.org especially with the ISP but they're not. So is this normal?

ok naman sya.... almost 1 year na akong nka converge wala pako naging problema.. mabilis naman sya d kana lugi d pako nakaramas ng disconnect kahit delayed yung payment ko.. icucut nila pag matagal ka d nagbayad pero walang fenalty pag nabayaran mo na 15 minutes lang connected na ulit compare kay pldt na 24 to 48 hours

Yes, obviously. Residential plan ang Fiber X. Business yung paggagamitan mo.

Mas madali kasi kami makakabitan kapag residential ang inapply-an namin. At saka mas mura pa with higher speeds ang residential (2500php for 75mbps vs 3000 for 50mbps). Pwede kaya yun once nakabitan na kami ng residential ipa-migrate nalang sa microBiz plan?
