CONVERGE converge ISP need help

Has anyone else experienced na pagka change ng password/ssid name ng converge WiFi nawalan ng net?

nag warning naman technician na wag muna palitan after 15-30 days ang kaso lng lagpas na 1 month kaya pinalitan na namen un lng nag kaissue. Thanks

weird, walang connection naman yung pagpalit ng wifi name sa mismong authentication ng internet mo sa network ni converge.

Update I was able to fixed it by restoring to factory default ung WiFi router weeeeeird
