Guys pa help hindi ko ma figure out kung ano problema ng desktop ko

Model: HP Pavillion AIO

Problem: After shutting down kailangan mag hintay ng ilang oras bago bumukas ulit.

Pag binuksan sya agad black screen lang.

*Fan working.
*Kakapalit lang ng thermal paste.
*2 years old na ung desktop.
*Malinis.
*no viruses/apps na walang silbi.

Any idea mga master? Thank you!
