Ako, Ginamit ko talaga yan. It works pero dapat you use headphones at wag masyadong malakas, Then lie on your back wag yung nakabaluktot, turn down the lights or lagyan mo ng cover ang mata mo if ayaw mo close yung light. Relax and just let the music flow, wag niyo bantayan yung sound. It also helps to imagine a relaxing view in your head.:dance::beat::clap::excited::yipee:
