Let's talk about diet here

as of the moment on going ang keto diet ko, kayo ba? any plans?
 
Since last year, nag lessen nako ng rice. More on ulam nalang. May times din na di na kumakain pag dinner. Ayun, nabawasan naman ng timbang. From 78kgs to 68 last checked.
 
nakow.. ako hirap na hirap dito... si kanin kasi ako.. hindi ako nasasatisfy sa vegies, fruits... ganyan.. then ang mahal pa mag healthy diet.. :ROFLMAO:
 
bawas nren ako rice at sa taba pero walang improvement 🤣
 
Sa personal research ko naman i find different paths for loose weight pero i havent tried na magpa check up kung alin ang dapt para sakin pero noon before the pandemic starts active keto diet ko for more than 5 months which is nawala talaga yung dad tummy ko, yea no rice rule haha

ginawa ko na rin yan.. waepeks... hahahaha.. nasstress lang ako sa ganyan... hype na yan.. hahahhaa :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:
waahhah na feel ko na ngayon ito nasstress ako sa buset na diet na to hahaha

Try mo kumain ng di mamantika, after a week may pagbabago. Naka try ako nung highschool ang kinakain ko lang, paksiw na isda, sinabawang isda, kamote, saging. Basta walang mantika, nangayayat ako. Na diagnose kasi ako nung nagka gastritis ako kaya iwas sa mamantika, sour food, juices, softdrinks, matatamis. Sundin mo yan papayat ka talaga. Haha
 
Ako naman every morning jogging , bawas narin ng rice , minsan hindi na kumakain ng gabi .. ayon may pagbabago naman
 
lose weight ba kamo? May effective akong paraan guys. tara usap tayo.
 
For now less rice tsaka im having trouble about kidney stones so nag a apple cider vinegar ako para ma break yung stones at ma flush at the same time nakakapayat daw yun so hopefully tama nga 😅 btw 70kg pala ako as of now.
 
80kg ako nung nag start mag intermittent fasting. Di ako kumakain beyond 6pm. 10am na kain ko uli non tapos repeat. Sa lunch lang ako nagra rice 1.5. Dati 2 rice ako lagi to 2.5. Goal ko maka 1 cup of rice nalang ako itong week na darating. Sa dinner naman ulam nalang kinakain ko o pag may prutas gaya ng saging o apol. Pang 2nd week ko na. Bumaba timbang ko 77.5 kg nalang 😌
 
I started 1 meal a day or extended fasting since nagramadan((di ako muslim, sumabay lang ako), every night lang ako kumakain within 2 hours. halos araw araw nagwawalan ako ng 0.4 to 0.8 lbs.
from 174.0lbs to 168.8 lbs na ko ngayon within 1 month.
di sya totally dretso kasi pag weekend nagsshift ako to 18:6 intermittent fasting. at dito nanotice ko aangat konti weight dahil nagiimbak katawan ko.
 
Ako dating 40kg to 59kg. Goal ko talaga kaso is makapag-donate ng dugo kaya pinilit ko talaga mag gain ng weight. Less sugar, less coffee, balanced diet and exercise.

I'm doing 50 push ups every other day and 1000+ jumps using a weighted jump rope to maintain my weight below 60kg. So far namamangha ako sa transformation ko, although my konting tyan pa din, pero I don't mind as long as I know I'm making progress.
