Not sure if this violates any rules but I'm desperately need help...

A bunch of old Chromeboxes where disposed from the office nearby, according to the IT guys there, their vendor breached their contract and just left, but before leaving they basically reset all Chrome devices (3 Chromeboxes, 15 Chromebook) and made them unusable. According to the IT guys, they already reached out to Google but can’t help since they can’t provide any documentation that they basically owned these devices…

They decided it to sell for a very cheap price, I was able to get one for just 15% of the original cost, but I’m stuck with the enterprise lock. None of the IT folks can help. I’m stuck with this Asus CN62, if I can bypass this, I will buy the other 2 remaining Dell 5400 Chromebook.

Any help will do, any reference on how to work on this will be appreciated… TIA

Pero pwede pa yan magamit pang part out.

mukhang kailangan mo mag flash ng firmware nyan as if the chromeboxes and chromebooks were bricked.

Actually yung mga bagong Chromebooks are using the same hardware ng laptops... Like nung Dell 5400 Chromebook, its the same unit as the Windows-based Dell 5400 Chromebook, same upgradeable parts...

As for the Asus CN62, same as Intel NUC sya, expandable drive at memory, kahit wifi at Bluetooth module nya removable at compatible sa desktop mobos... Kung ma-unlock ko ito, I'm planning to use this as Andriod Box :)

So yeah, old Chrome devices maybe are e-waste pero yung mga modern devices madami na ding gamit...

TIA

nakalocked ba yung bios? possible maunlock yan using a bios reflasher tool para mawala yung bios password or encryption

Flash yung bios using the usb programmer is the only way para magamit mo yung mga chromebox/book devices na meron ka.
