Kung mas powerful lang itong netbook ko i will be doing a tutorial with all the explanation and lahat ng mga needed information.
Eh 1GB RAM lang ito.
Wala pang audio kasi wala akong mic para marinig nyo ako.
Dami po kasing hardware limitations sir.
1. Netbook cannot handle too many task.
Kung magscreencast you need to have the following:
a) Screenrecorder running
b) Siguro video screen on the desktop (skype or cheese)
c) a browser running
d) notes on the side (using gedit or mousepad)
2. Kailangan ng audio. (mic)

Hirap talaga sir kapag hardware ay limited.
Kung gagawin ko ito sa netbook ko...

sir, how about stripped down xfce version? yung gamit ko kasi opensuse xfce magaan naman sa netbook ko as compared sa xubuntu.
or siguro may mga scripts/optimizations na ginawa si opensuse para gumaan yung version nila.^_^

yan po ang ginawa ko sir...nasa 600+ MB lang ang iso...but sa netbook ko lang po compatible as of the moment. Iedit ko pa po para compatible sa ano mang hardware.
i will rebuild it pa po sir. ang if marami ang gusto nito, saka po ako magdedevelop kasi baka mawaste lang po ito sir if wala na man gagamit.
i will try to make it 600+ MB or less para mas madali idownload.

kung full version ng ekwela OS sir it consuming about 600+MB RAM on my netbook.
With Google Chrome (2 Tabs) and xfce terminal

Sir Nico at sa mga ka-eskwela natin ask ko lang kung familiar kayo sa CCleaner? meron bang equivalent software yun sa mga linux OS?

Bibigay ko na po sa inyo ang power na magdevelop ng own versions ninyo.
Then what I will do is just put tutorial videos to help you develop it according to your needs.
Makakuha ako ng at least 3 YES votes, ipapatuloy ko na ito.
As of the moment, sinsetup ko pa ang layout ng website.

And ipray nyo po ako for my final observation on Thursday. :nervous:

Update on the Eskwela OS DevEd (Developer Edition):
The iso is only 650+ MB.
I will try to compress it more, para less bandwidth ang kailangan.
And it will have the new xfce4.12

Opo naman po sir. May compatibility mode naman po ang ms office at ganun dn sa wps. Nagbabago nga lang po yun spacing minsan pero po kung final na yung nagawa nyo save as pdf na lang popara walang mababago kahit saang os nyo po dalhin.

Bossing . Installing mode na ako. Mejo naguguluhan lang ako sa bandang installation type.
Yung sa bandang baba. Yung DEVICE FOR BOOT LOADER INSTALLATION.
ANO PIPILII KO?
AS IS KO NA BA YUN ? O SELECT KO YUNG FLASH DRIVE KO KUNG SAN NAKA BOOT YUNG ESKWELA?
MAY PARTITION KASI AKO BAKA MABURA MGA IMPORTANT FILES KO.

Sir ok na! Na DL ko na . format mode muna ako ng win7 ko then niDL ko ayun natapos . at gamit ko ngayun..
installing mode na ako . ang gusto ko sana, maging primary na si eskwela. buburahin ko na si win7.

Try ko po talaga gawin ang best ko na gawing simple ang pag-explain.
Kakatapos lang ng observation. Positive na man ang feedback sabi ng Assistant Principal for Academics.
Ngayon I will try to finish the Developers Edition ng Eskwela OS. Para maturo ko po ang basics sa iba tapos we will all start from there.

Yup kayang basahin ng Eskwela ang word documents, powerpoint at excel, even pdf files. May WPS po ang Eskwela OS. Kaya po yan ang pwede ninyong gawing pamalit sa Office ng Windows. Hindi lang po talaga lahat mayroon sa linux sir, but kung making documents, thesis, presentations, excel, etc. Kaya po ng eskwela OS yan. Hindi mo na kailangang mag-install ng iba pang program kasi built-in na.

may issue nga lang ang wps at ms office sa spacing. May nagsuggest din po sa akin na pwede na man iupload sa Google Docs ang file tapos doon ayusin ang spacing. Or pwede rin mag-install ng Google Docs sa Google Chrome browser ng Eskwela OS. Kaya di na magkaka-issue sa spacing.
