Recent developments:
-Gasol brothers, Serge Ibaka, Ricky Rubio, and Rudy Fernandez were named as part of the Spanish squad.
-Russel Westbrook will not play for Team USA (needs surgery on his right knee).
-Argentina announced its 9 of the 12-man lineup (Facundo Campazzo, Luis Scola, Pablo Prigioni, Leonardo Gutierrez, Juan Gutierrez, Andres Nocioni, Manu Ginobili, Carlos Delfino and Walter Herrmann).
-Manu Ginobili has stress fracture on his foot. Argentina's head coach still optimistic that he will play.
