FIXED: Cannot Find Other Computers on the Network in Windows 10

Instructions:

1. Go to Control Panel.
2. Uninstall Programs.
3. Turn Windows features on or off.
4. Put a check on "SMB 1.0/CIFS File Sharing Support" and its sub folders.
5. Restart Your PC.
