ang tawag dito ay STEGANOGRAPHY
This is used to hide secret messages in the picture... In this example, it uses the Color Depth of the image and the three color values(blue, green, and red)...technically, once we select/highlight an image, a blue color will be overlayed on the object, the combination of the colors will reveal the secret image...
