pero sinubukan ko yung old spice wild collection
super sulit down side nga lang kapag nasa araw ka
madali magfade pero kung gabi ang bango tumatagal
facemask kung kailangan lang madalang
yung ponds na pinkish white facial wash cream gamit ko
mas hiyang ko kasi kesa master.
sa pabango recommend ko yung mura lang eh
bloom perfumes.

hair - bench clay doh(gray)( pero minsan pwede rin gel tapus nag hair dryer ako)
shampoo - using head n shoulder green(para walang dandruff)
facial- morning( wash- royal gluta using roller brush, moisturizer - celetech , sunblock - eb naturals daily suncscreen)
body wash - safaguard body gel using scrub(mas tipid ito para sa akin kaysa sa ordinary soap bar)
evening - hilamos using royal gluta with bench moisturizer
twice a week use facial mask bago ka matulog kahit anu sa akin
perfumes - ck eternity now( ok sa bango ito napapa tabi mga girls if ito gamit mo)
oral - colgate optic white, tapus mouthwash listerine total care 6 in 1( syempre important na makita white teeth at mabango malay mo bigla kang halikan ng crush mo)(syempre mag pa cleaning ka rin ng teeth every 3 months)
body lotion - hindi na ako gumagamit since di naman ako expose sa araw dahil office and bahay lang lagi.
food - drink plenty of water avoid alcohol, tapus eat fruits atleash twice a day. iwas sa oily food syempre.
vitamins- centrum and on 2222 amino(nag papa laki kasi ako nga muscle)
workout- twice a week ako sa gym workout and cardio workout sa bahay.
