Ako nagstart noon September.

After 1 month nagbunga rin ung pagbawas ko ng timbang.

Nabawas ko 5 kg na.

Ginawa ko is dedication talaga, puro cardio walang tigil.

Make sure may app ka na pra malaman ung calories per day dahil hindi pareho ang body type per tayo.

balik IF ako at biking. Natakot ako dun sa napanood ko sa youtube tungkol sa diabetes
 
Diba ang pag j-jog eh nakaka wala ng dibdib?
 
Sa akin Ginagawa ko
Breakfast- kalahating rice tas ulam stir fry lettuce with chicken breast kung minsan monggo at malunngay basta gulay. tas walk papuntang sakayan mga 12 mins lakad para tipid pamasahi tas excercise na din
lunch- 1 cup rice tas same lang yung ulam sa breakfast
paggabi pauwe lakad din same 12mins mula sa sakayan gang bahay
dinner- ano lang apples basta mga fruits tas tubig lang o kaya minsan yougart
tas mag piprito ako ng fish tinanggal ko yung oil gamit ang tissue tas di na rin ako kumakaen ng mga sweets
 
Ang ginagawa ko,
-1-2tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar idilute sa water drink it before meal
-Drink green tea everyday,
-walk 4-6k steps a day
-Half rice, Eliminate sugar, less meat more veggies and fruits

~ Gising ako 5:30 in the morning then Jogging + Biking hanggang 7a.m
~ Pagka uwi ko Push Up mga ilan
~ 12p.m 1st meal boiled egg lang then kinabukasan na ulit(pag meron fish go din)
~ Drink lots of water.
~ Minsan nag water fasting ako kaso 3-4 days lang kinakaya ko(sanayan lang at makakamtam mo din

Alisin mga soda drinks/sugar
Kung gusto mo mabilis mag LCIF(Low Carb Intermittent Fasting) ka medyo parang magastos haha
