[H]- Firefly Mobile - Reformatting Internal Memory

Masters:

patulong naman sa mga masters dyan kung ano gagawin para maformat ang Internal Memory.. Anong software ang gagamitin?? CWM ba or TWRP??
alin ang mas maganda na gamitin.. kung may mga links kayo, pashare nman po..

ang gusto ko lang gawin is like factory reset including internal memory na maformat as in totally clean.. factory reset within the system cannot format the internal memory eventhough it states their that all files from internal memory will be erased.. but tried so far.. i cannot totally delete some of the installed apks, after factory reset still there..

Unit : Firefly Mobile Intense S V2 ( with 1gb ram and 8gb internal mem).
OS : Android Kitkat
