Chef maraming salamat dito. dami ko natutunan. na iinspire ako mag luto. aspiring chef lang iba kasi ang tinahak ko, thank you sana mag post ka ng mga bagong recipe

Recipe: Seafood Chopsuey

Brief Explanation: Common chopsuey with mixed seafoods cutlets.

Ingredients:

• carrots
• potato
• sayote
• baby corn
• sitsaro
• cauliflower
• cabbage
• button mushrooms (sliced)
• baguio beans
• celery stalk, chopped or strips
• squid, fresh
• creamdory (optional)
• shrimps
• squid, ball
• garlic, minced
• onions,
• salt and pepper
• slurry (cornstarch and water)
• oil

Utensils:

• stainless bowl, colanders or kahit anong lalagyan and saute pan
• ladle, knife at chopping board

Procedure:
• sa isang kawali, maglagay ng oil at i-saute ang onions and garlic.
• after mag caramelized yung onions, isunod ang mga seafood including the squid balls. i-saute hanggang maluto.
• next yung carrots, potato, sayote, baguio beans, celery and cauliflower. i-saute hanggang sa maging transparent ang color ng sayote or hanggang sa maging half cook lahat ng gulay.
• next yung baby corn, sitsaro, and button mushroom. I-saute ng 5 mins.
• lagyan ng kaunting tubig, at pakuluin ng another 6 to 7 mins.
• next, timplahan ng naayon sa iyong panlasa.
• pakuluin ulit ng another 2 mins, lagyan ng slurry. haluin hanggang sa lumapot ang sauce.
• recheck the vegetables kung luto na lahat. if yes, i-serve agad habang mainit pa.

Notes:

• don't over cook the vegetables.
• topped with sesame oil and fried chopped garlic (optional).
