Thanks sir duhast any alternative para sa oyster sauce? bawal kasi sila gumamit nun e. pure vegetarian kasi, no meat, fish and other sea foods.

Recipe: Green Beans & Carrots in Oyster Sauce
Brief Explanation: Sauteed beans & carrots in oyster sauce
Ingredients:
• green beans (cut into two)
• carrots (julienned)
• garlic (finely chopped)
• onion (finely chopped)
• olive oil or vegetable oil
• oyster sauce
• pepper
• sugar
Procedure:
• in a pan, heat oil. saute garlic, after ma golden brown isunod ang onion.
• sunod ang carrots at i saute for 3 minutes.
• isunod ang green beans at lutuin for another 3 minutes.
• lagyan ng oyster sauce at pepper.
• lagyan ng konting sugar.
• lutuin ang mga ingredients sa naayon mong pagkaluto. either half-cooked or well cooked.
Notes:
• personally, mas gusto ko yung half cooked sya. kasi mas nalalasap ko yung lasa ng vegetable.
• madaling lutuin at pasok sa budget.

Recipe: Crispy Pata / Lechon Kawali
Brief Explanation: Crispy in the outside, juicy in the inside.
Ingredients:
• pata front or pork liempo (pata front dahil madali lang palambutin)
• bay leaves (dried)
• garlic (crushed)
• salt (rock)
• pepper (corn & ground)
• star anise (optional, for aroma)
• garlic powder or aji shio premium pepper (optional, for additional flavor lang eto)
• water (for boiling)
• cooking oil (for frying)
Procedure:
• sa isang kaldero, i-halo sa tubig at pakuluan ang garlic, bay leaves, star anise, pepper corn at pata or liempo ng 1 oras or hanggang sa lumambot ang karne
• pag-lumambot na ito, hanguin at i-drain ng 15 to 30 mins or hanggang sa maging tuyo ang texture neto.
• before prituhin, pahiran ng garlic powder or premium pepper ang outer part ng meat.
• i-deep fry ito sa medium heat na apoy. wisikan ng tubig every time na i-fflip mo yung karne. (maging ma-ingat sa pag-fflip)
Notes:
• pag nag golden brown na ang color neto, i-drain sa pamamagitan ng tissue paper para ma-alis ung excess oil.
• masarap eto paresan ng atsara at pata sauce.
Recipe: Stir-fried Mixed Seafoods
Brief Explanation: stir-fried squid, shrimp, fish in oyster sauce.
Ingredients:
• squid (cut into bite pieces)
• shrimp (peeled or okay lang kahit yung may shell)
• creamdory (nasa sainyu kung anu gusto nyong fish)
• red bell pepper (cubes)
• green bell pepper (cubes)
• onions (cubes)
• spring onions
• garlic (crushed)
• pepper (ground)
• oil
• water
• slurry
• brown sugar
• oyster sauce
Procedure:
• sa isang saute pan, i.saute sa oil ang garlic, onions at bell peppers.
• isunod ang squid, shrimp at creamdory.
• lagyan ng oyster sauce at kaunting tubig.
• pagkakulo, lagyan ng sugar at pepper. lagyan ng slurry at iayon sa gustong consistency ng sauce.
• ilagay ang spring onions at patayin ang apoy.
Notes:
• masarap kainin ito kapag mainit.
• make sure na hinde nyo i-oovercook ang seafoods.

Recipe: Pork Barbecue
Brief Explanation: Tipikal na barbecue na makakain nyo.
Ingredients:
• pork belly (para sa first na itutuhog)
• pork cas-ing (ang second to belly para ma kumpleto na ang bbq)
• calamansi juice
• crushed garlic
• bay leaf
• soy sauce
• vinegar
• brown sugar
• ground black pepper
• tocino mix (optional eto, nasa sayo na kung gagamit ka neto)
Utensils:
• stainless bowl or kahit anong lalagyan (w/ cover) para sa marination
• barbecue stick (magdedepende ug laki ng stick sa laki at dami ng ilalagay nyo na meat)
• knife at chopping board
Procedure:
• hiwain ang pork belly inyo 1 to 2 inch or any slice na gusto nyo na pang barbecue, pagkatapos hiwain i-set aside
• isunod ang pork cas-ing. halos same lang ang hiwa sa belly, isama sa belly at i-set aside rin
• sa isang bowl, ilagay ang soy sauce - vinegar - calamansi juice - brown sugar - pepper - crushed garlic - bay leaf - tocino mix. haluin mabuti
• ilagay ang belly at ang cas-ing at haluin evenly
• i-marinate overnight before tuhugin sa stick.
Notes:
• using tocino mix will make the barbecue more sweeter and tangy
• you can also use orange juice powder mix insted of tocino mix
