hard reset for star mobile navi

HERE ARE STEPS HOW TO HARD RESET OUR STAR MOBILE NAVI:

1) press simultaneously volume up and power botton until menu for android appears.
if you encounter this:
fast boot 0 ramdump
> stop
> then press again volume up and power botton simultaneously until the language menu for android appears.
(honestly guys fast boot 0 ramdump appears when i tested it)
2) after the language menu for android appears, select english
3) now you have the master reset and the menu.
