HELP! After few weeks in gym biglang payat ako :(

Help po mga ka symb. nag naisipan ko kasi mag gym noon, nung una maganda nmn mejo lumaki katawan ko ..

pero after few weeks biglang payat talga ako.. ewan ko nga kung na pwersa or anything ..

help po please ..

ewan ko kung ano na nangyare sakin :(
 
Huwag po kasi kayong magpaparaos pagkatapos mag gym. Nakakapayat po yun.
 
anu ba ang gusto mo magpapayat oh magpalaki ng katawan??? baka namn d ka nga kumakain sa kakadiet dahil akala mo lalaki katawan mo hehe,kelangan din poh natin ng tamang diet tsaka kung gusto mo talaga magpalaki ng katawan mgbasa ka muna ng tamang diet 4 gaining and loosing weight meron ata dto ung thread na un.
 
disiplina lang ts. may kaboardmate ako dati sobrang payat nya. so sinama ko sya sa gym and 3months plang kitang kita na pagbabago.
advice ko sayo, kumain ka ng tamang pagkain sa tamang oras. wag masyadong maraming kanin ha, okay na yung pakonti konti ang kain. di mo kelangan laging busog na busog provided na hindi ka naggutom.
and gym advice ko sayo, wag ka masyado magppawis. take a 3 to 5 mins rest after any set. and a little more curiosity, search ka sa mga blogging site, youtube kung ano dapat combination ng muscles na winoworkout mo every single day, so on and so port.

hi TS, importante din kumain :) kasi kailangan magrecover ng muscles, hindi pwedeng puro gym lang tapos kahit ano or kahit kailan nalang yung pagkain.
Tsaka baka ka pumayat kasi hindi angkop yung workout na ginagawa mo para sa katawan mo diba.
