Hi! I just got the result of my x-ray from a clinic here from the Philippines that has an approval of GAMCA. It shows on the result that I have a "CXR: Right Apical Fibrosis" and for that reason they provided me an UNFIT remark that made my job off shore cancelled due to this result.
During the medical testings, I didn't provide that I consume medicines like MYRIN P and MYRIN to heal my tubercolosis. I took those medicines. For the 4 months I took MYRIN P and the next is MYRIN for the last 4 months as diagnose by my doctor and now I'm clear.
My point is, did I have this "Right Apical Fibrosis" due to the healed tubercolosis? Did the result affect the information that I didn't provide during the medical interview?


Could you help me cure/heal my lung problem cause my career is on the line.

It is said the mother of this person seeks answer for his mother's Right Apical Fibrosis.

And his mom will migrate to US but unfortunately she has the same problem with you.

Importante daw talaga kasi na malaman ng wala ka ng tubercle bacillus kasi nga pwede ka po makahawa if ever bumiyahe ka.

I think kung di ka makakapasa hindi po ma-aaporoved yung pag-abroad mo, so I am wishing na mag negative ka po sa test.

Sir, my naka attach na PDF file sa una kung post sayo, tignan mo po, nakalagay po dun yung mga sakit kapag mababa ang glutathione ng tao, isa sa mga sakit na andun ay "Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF)" gaya ng sayo. wala kasi ako mahanap na testimony na parehas ng sayo.

Based sa aking experiences bilang isang nurse, at medical student ngayon, ang meron ka ay yung tinatawag na "Ranke complex", o kaya "Ghon's tubercle". Yung sa ngayon, Ranke complex ang tawag. Nabubuo kasi yan kapag nagka-tuberculosis ka, at yung katawan mo, successful sa pagkukulong ng mismong bacteria na nagsasanhi ng tuberculosis. Kulong, hindi tanggal.

Para kasi syang bacteria, tapos, dahil sa katawan, gagawa sya ng "shell" para ma-control yung pagdami ng bacteria. Ngayon, kapag nagtagal, magkakaroon ng fibrosis, at yun yung nakikita natin sa X-ray. Unfortunately, posibleng hindi na matanggal yung complex. Denied ang job acceptance mo, kasi posibleng ma-sira yung "shell" na naglalaman ng bacteria, at maging sanhi ng tuberculosis kapag nagkagayon.

Hindi naman sa sinisira ko ang kahit anong supplements, pero mahihirapan tayong magtanggal nyan, dahil medyo imposibleng matanggal. Para sa mas maliwanag na eksplanasyon, punta na lang sa family doctor nyo. God bless sa job hunting.

Katulad nga ng sabi niya hindi siya magagamot basta-basta lang through supplements.
I know some supplements na nakakapag-papayat, boost ng stamina and energy ang kung ano-anu pa but as far as I know yung condition mo kasi is not that easy to deal with using any supplements. A doctor can really help and you must go ASAP.
Hindi sa pinipigilan ka namin sa pangarap mong makapag-abroad, sinasabi lang namin yung totoo at maaring mangyari.
I also hope you find a good job at sana nga mawala na ng tuluyan yung sakit mo.

P.S.
Kita mo naman kahit may mga supplements akong pwedeng ialok, hindi ko ginawa kasi I know those supplements has nothing to do with it.

I had tuberculosis before.

Sad to say, there is no way para ma-cover-up yung spot sa lungs mo. That thing is permanent.

BUT, here is the good news for you. Every time you apply for a job, make sure to bring old records of your X-ray whenever you will have a medical exam.
Iko-compare nila yung old x-ray mo sa new ones. As long as hindi lumalaki yung spot sa lungs mo, it means cured ka na sa TB and you're already fit to work.

Make sure lang na HINDI KA NAG SKIP ng medications mo. Believe me on this one. I made that mistake and inulit ko yung gamutan for another year (minimum 6 months kasi gamutan, pag hindi mo tinapos, maaaring humaba yung susunod na series ng gamutan).

Since you took myrin-P forte for 4months (2 months nga lang dapat yan), and Myrin for another 4 months(tama lang), I think you should be fine, unless your pulmonologist advised you to extend the medications.

Again, I highly suggest that you take the medications properly...

And one more thing, hindi ko lang sure kung papayagan ka mag work overseas dahil dyan. I believe medyo strict yung ibang countries pagdating dyan, especially somewhere in the middle east.
