HELP: ASUS VivoBook "plugged in, charging" but not really charging

Any suggestions. Kakabili pa lang mga 2 weeks old. Kapag chinacharge ko nakalagay "plugged in, charging" pero di tumataas yung percentage. Stucked sa 22% madalas.

What I have done:
1. Shutdown notebook, hold power button up to 90 seconds. Aayos sya pero next time na magcharge ulet magstuck nanaman. :upset:
2. Uninstall Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery from Device Manager. Not working, stuck pa din :slap:
3. Naginstall ng chipset driver. Not working din :noidea:

Please help :help: . 2nd laptop na may problem few weeks after purchase. :ranting: :ranting:

opo ts, dalhin mo na sa service center pero wag mo ipapaiwan ang laptop at battery lang at lagyan mo ng palatandaan yun original battery mo kagaya ng pentel pen marks or take a photo para alam mo kung pinalitan ng bago

Eh kaso yung battery internal eh :slap: saklap. Thanks boss :salute:

Ganto na ba mga bagong laptop ngayon? Sira kagad? :upset:

Re: HELP: ASUS VivoBook "plugged in, charging" but not really charging

Re: HELP: ASUS VivoBook "plugged in, charging" but not really charging

I see. pero kasi yung Acer ko VX 15 i7, pero 2 or 3 weeks after purchase ko nagfiflicker kagad yung display.
