[HELP] Internet in kali linux via VMware using Httproxy in windows

ganto po setup ko,
I'm using 936 and http proxy para sa internet ko sa windows
then install ako virtualbox nainstall ko na kali linu
gusto ko sana magkaroon ng internet si kali using my http proxy in windows. hindi ko makuha kung paano.

eto na mga ginawa ko.

change proxy sa browser ng kali.
bridge connection sa Ethernet ng windows at virtual Ethernet ni kali
still no internet pa din sya. or pag browsing na type ko google nag wawaiting tapos connected ung status ng browser pero ayaw pa din magdisplay webpage ni google. hehe

kung sinu man nakapag pagana makikishare naman po sakin. salamt

hmnmn.. I havent tried 936 pero you can change your adapter settings of your Kali sa VMware to NAT. Then make sure si Kali naka DHCP.

sa VirtualBox kasi meron settings ng proxy sa File>Preferences>Proxy
hanapin mo sa VMware kung meron similar.

actually within any linus os, pwde ka mag set ng proxy thru env variable http_proxy or https_proxy or ftp_proxy. google mo nlng paano iset ang mga yan sa linux. At di ako sure sa Kali pero I think meron global proxy settings na may UI most desktop manager.

Change VMWare network settings "Bridge" to "NAT" then go to your kali linux settings > go to network then change your ip address in static, not automatic. Put IP address, subnet mask, default gateway and DNS server 1. Hope that I help you.

baka need mo din edit yung internet option ng windows tapos pati yung configuration ng vmware na adapter na gagamitin mo sa kali mapa nat or bridge...
