If the photos are still on your iPhone, try doing this:

1. On your iPhone, go to Settings and then Photos.
2. In the “Transfer to Mac or PC” option, set it to Automatic.

This will make your iPhone photos transfer to your computer in a compatible format (e.g. JPEG).

HTH.

Sir thank you. Via shareit ung ginawa namin tas nilipat ko ngayon sa pc. Andito na let ako sa abroad kaya di ko na magagawa ito. Kaya hanap nalang sana ako nang apps para maconvert.

Hi! you do not need any converter...
do this...
go to windows explorer
find the photo file name with file extension of .HEIC
right click on the file, click rename
delete and change the HEIC to JPEG (do not delete the dot or period)
ex: IMG_7494.HEIC rename it to IMG_7494.JPEG
done!
you can view all the photos now...
good luck!
