at magkano?

Other than that wla nb?

What!

TS this is called "MYODESOPSIA" in medicine. There's no need to panic as this is quite normal. Whether we like it or not, we will all have to go through gradual degeneration of our vision.

The physiologic explanation of this is that the eye has two types of fluids. One located in front of the lens and has a clear consistency called "AQUEOUS HUMOR" (latin) which means "watery fluid". It is supposed to be clear to allow us unobstructed view of what we are looking at. The other type of fluid located posterior or at the back of the lens is called "VITREOUS HUMOR". This has a gelatinous consistency and is designed to keep the spherical shape of the eyeball. Kaya medyo stiff dapat sya to maintain yung shape ng eyeball natin. Pls see picture below.

picture.php

Floaters are caused by gradual destruction of microscopic pieces of the vitreous humor that eventually travels in front of the lens and mixes with the normally clear aqueous humor. You will only see them if they block the passage of light from the pupil opening towards the retina inside. No matter how small and translucent they are, they cast considerable shadows on the surface of the retina. Kaya ayun nakikita natin sila.

There's really not much we can do about this, since it is primarily associated with aging. Floaters become evidently common on the first instance you open your eyes after you wake up from sleep, that's why pagbagong gising ka malabo pa paningin mo. People actually mistake this to seeing shapes of ghosts. :p

Just remember to keep regular rests/breaks when you work. Avoid too much strain on your eyes. If your eyes get tired and irritated, rest for awhile. Walk around or close your eyes while seated, but don't sleep on the job.:p
Other than proper eye care there's nothing we can do since as i've pointed out - this is part of the normal process of aging.

Hope this helps clear out things.
Cheers to good health. ;)

hmm..padaan., kala ko kung ano na., like ng nakikita ko mga silver thing din., tapos, small people, black shadow, and creepy creatures.,hehehe.,

may napanood ako about sa ganyan e. dapat daw mag rest kahit 30 mins., tapos i exercise ung mata left, right, up and down at look sa malayo., basta ganon., tapos after mo matapos mag comp wag daw maghihilamos kung fill mu na maghihilamos ka., kasi masama daw un., at tama nakakabulag ang sobrang tutok sa tv, comp, laptop., etc. ., kawawa mga job e puro comp..

Ibig sabihin nyan pagod ang mata, kung laging nakatutok sa computer, or ther things na nakakapagod ng mata, i lessen, kalimitan yan pag sobrang stress ang mata.
