Help QoS setting for Globe Router, Di ko maintindihan :(

BUT the set-up is different than mine..

I need to modify it so my cousins won't eat all the internet, nakikitira lang naman sila :/
I dont understand anything @_@ how do you set-up this..

We have the same router, there is actually a way to limit bandwidth to each lan(1,2,3,4) and wlan.
Go to Advance tab> qos> traffic shaping.
Then add new setting.
1. Choose the connection to you want to limit in lan interface (wlan/ lan1/lan2/lan3/lan4).
2. Choose wan interface (ppoe1).
3. Then add up/down floor and ceiling. Up is for upload speed, down is for download speed. Floor is guaranteed speed, ceiling is maximum speed.

In this case i limited the download speed of devices connected through wlan or wifi to 300-500 kbps.

Try speedtest on wireless device to check if succesful.

Sir ask ko lang pede po ba yung dalawa yung pag konekan sa wifi halimbawa Wifi 1 at si Wifi 2 magka iba ang limit. speed haha gulo ko yata gets nyo po ba ako? TY

nung una ng di ko pa sya sinet kala ko gumana nag double check ako through speed test. dun ko lang nalaman na di pala gagana gat di nilalagyan haha pag naka 0 kase means unlimited.

same question po. haliimbawa, 3 phones nakaconnect sa wifi. isa dun akin. yung spped nung 2 512kbps, pero yung akin 2000kbps.

Ganito setup ko sa bahay:

PLDT 10mbps
Cdrking 5368u router

Create account for your personal use
Create guest account in cdrking router
Set bandwidth limiter in cdrking router

Example:

Superman - your wifi account with 7mbps download
Batman - guest account with 3mbps download

Ang advantage pag may guest account ay kahit ilan gagamit sa batman ay hati hati sila sa 3mbps at hindi ma apektuhan ang 7mbps mo na superman. Kahit may bisita kapa na gusto maki wifi pwede mo bigyan ng password. syempre password ni batman ang ibigay mo.
