Help restaurant business investment

guys i need your advice my friend run a restaurant for over 1 and a half year now she invites me to invest in her restaurant when i visit her place i already see a potential income because she has a lot of costumer eating. what should i do if i invest to her business she give me a honest report of her sale.

2. sales reports and projections
3. roi.
