Hi po mga kaibigan kong mga computer technician.Please need an advise regarding my laptop situation.
UNIT:
*Toshiba Satilite C660-M146
=Core i5
=hdd -1tera
=Ram - 4 gb
=Os -windows 7 ultimate
*PROBLEM:
- Black Screen,no display.When u pres power botton there is a power lights shows.,you will also hear the fan is moving(rotating) contentiously.
*HAPPENING:
-It happen last March 27,2015.when i was using the laptop accidentally my cellphone falls down to the center keyboard of the laptop.then the laptop goes turn black.I wonder why.so what i do is turn it off the loptap for 1mins and turn on.When i turn on its ok no problem.so i used it again for approximately 1hour.So when i finished usING it i turn it off normaly by clicking start,shutdown.but i did NOT close some files that i opened the time late na kasi kaya tinamad na ako eclose yung ibang file.Wala naman siguring connection un.important is nasave ko yung files ko.then morning gagamitin ko sana loptap ko.So normaly i open the loptap press the power button and wait but the problem is theres no display on my loptap totaly black na sya.So nagalala ako anong nangyari bakit ayaw na magboot.
*TRIED SULOTION BY FAILED:
-1.Nagsearch ako sa net regarging the case of my loptap.so ifound yung tangalin daw yung battery tapus press the power button ng 3o sec.then plug the charger with out the battery then press power button.pero alang nangyari.inulit ko uli yung procedure 1mins.naman pero failed.
-2. ikabit ung laptop HDMI cable sa TV at tingnan kung meron display, possible problem is the LCD. (May shorcut key Fn+F4 or F5 or something) para maenable yung screen.pero same pa rin po failed.
******Ano kaya ang sakit nitong loptap ko.please advise po mga sir.**********
1.if gpu po ang problema ano posible solution?magkano abutin pagpapaayus(gpu reflow yata tawag dun?)
2.if Reballing ano po ang gagawin dito sa reballing?at magkano aabutin?
3.If vedio card magkano naman po aabutin ng vediocard kung papalitan?
4.Or ano kaya posible problem ng loptap ko why no display.
Kindly help me po mga master.maraming salamat po sa mga sasagut.
