Medyo may kalakihan po kasi hita at binti ko and I'm not that chubby naman.. Ano po kaya ang magandang exercises para lumiit tong legs and thigh ko??

parang ang hrap naman na thighs and legs lng paliliitin.. hehe...
nag woworkout ako.. normally pag gusto mag loose... cardio ung mga ginagawa pra mag loose....
kung tighs and legs lng.... search mo ung 30 Days Tigh Challenge sa net... natry ko sya nde ko lng natapos.. ok naman nag shape naman legs ko kht papano hehe ^_^

dapat lng matyaga ka tlga... Goodlucks...

Standing calf raise

Diet magsasabi kung lalaki or liliit.
