3. Rules of Use
3.1 In compliance with People's Republic of China related legal regulations, including but not limited to “Regulations of The People's Republic of China for Safety Protection of Computer Information Systems”, “Regulations for the Protection of Computer Software”, “Decision of the Supreme People's Court on Amending the Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Law in the Trial of Cases Involving Copyright Disputes over Computer Network (Interpretation [2004]1)”, “Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Preserving Computer Network Security”, “Management Provisions on Electronic Bulletin Services in Internet”, “Provisions for the Administration of Internet News Information Services “, “Measures for the Administrative Protection of Internet Copyright” and “Regulation on Protection of the Right to Network Dissemination of Information” etc. related to computer network regulations and intellectual property laws and regulations and measures for its implementation.
3.2 The user bears all responsibility for content that is self-published, uploaded or transferred by this user. All users are forbidden from sending, reproducing or transferring information on any of AppCola’s pages, and AppCola has the right to handle the issue at its own discretion without notifying the user:
3.3 Users commit that for all information they upload or publish on AppCola (and which falls under the “Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China”, including but not limited to texts, pictures, music, movies, performances, video recordings and computer applications) they own the full intellectual property rights, or that the authorization from the related legal person has been obtained. If users violate this provision and cause claims by a third party to AppCola, the user agrees to compensate all costs to AppCola (included but not limited to various compensation fees, attorneys fees and other reasonable expenses incurred).
3.4 When a third-party believes materials uploaded or published by users in AppCola are infringing their rights, and when they send a copyright notice according to the “Regulation on Protection of the Right to Network Dissemination of Information” or other related laws to AppCola, then the user agrees that AppCola can unilaterally decide to delete the materials suspected of infringing copyrights. Unless the user submits written evidence ruling out the possibility of infringement, AppCola will not automatically restored the deleted materials.
4. Copyright Statement
4.1 AppCola's text, images, audio, video and other copyrights are the property of AppCola or shared between AppCola and the authors, and without the permission of AppCola no contents may be reproduced in any manner.
4.2 AppCola’s unique logo, graphical design, layout arrangements and other copyrights are owned by AppCola, and without the permission of AppCola, it may not be copied or reproduced at will.
4.3 Any use of AppCola's content should be marked “From AppCola” with the author’s name, and pay royalties as required by the laws. It should notify the Site, the author, pay royalties and assume all independent liabilities.
4.4 AppCola Assistant enjoys the priority to use all works for other purposes, including but not limited to websites, e-magazines, print publishing, etc., but will notify the author prior to use, and pay royalties according to the industry standard.
4.5 All content on this site represent only the author's own position and views, and is independent from AppCola, the author himself shall bear all legal responsibilities.
4.6 In case of malicious reprint, AppCola will retain the right to take legal action.
5. Statement of Responsibility
5.1 The user expressly agrees that all the possible risks and consequences during use of network services provided by AppCola will be entirely borne by the user himself, and AppCola site shall not assume any responsibility.

5.6 AppCola reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof). With or without notification, AppCola shall not take any responsibility for the user or any third person.
6. Supplementary Articles
6.1 Contracting, implementation and interpretation and dispute settlement of this Agreement should apply the law People's Republic of China.
6.2 If any provision of this Agreement for whatever reason, fully or partially invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and binding.
