I haven't watched the entire video yet but this story is interesting. So this is also one of the ways of how Marcos has gotten their wealth? By some sort of black mailing?

It's not blackmailing. They're proposing a compromise in the form of corporate partnership by giving them a legal notice para bigyan sila ng chance para makipag areglo at di na sila ma demanda at makulong. Kung may lupa ka at may lehitimomg titulo at nagtayo ako ng building sa lupa mo ano gagawin mo ng walang pahintulot at inangkin ko na ano gagawin mo?
