How to Disable Windows 10 Upgrade Notification during Startup

I have Windows 8.1 and every time mag-boot up ako, Internet Explorer (or whatever default browser) will launch and go to MSN and afterwards lalabas ang notification na Upgrade to Windows 10...

This is very irritating for me as I'm not interested in Windows 10... is there a way to disable this?




SOLVED:

Run REGEDIT


[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\NlaSvc\Parameters\Internet]
"EnableActiveProbing"=dword:00000001


Replace EnableActiveProbing to 0

Save & reboot
