How to lose 20lbs in 3 months?

Hi mga ka-symb! Ano po ba ang effective way para ma-lose weight? Here’s what I did already..

1. Strictly 1,200 calories per day
2. Walk 30 mins to 1hr daily exercise
3. Drink 1000 to 1,500 ml water

I even downloaded an app to measure what I eat pero wala pa din nababawas sa timbang ko. Halos 3 weeks na din since mag start ako.
Pano po ba yung effective way? Please help!

kasi po un 30 mins to 1 hour walk lang ginawa namin ni best friend ng mga 2 weeks, 0.5 kg agad un nawala sa kin, walang changes sa food pero madami pa rin water.

why not po na fruits every night or kapag nagugutom ka and wag na rice.

may nafeature din po KMJS last night na saba diet. hindi luto na saba lang daw si kuyang nafeature for 6 months and almost half ng timbang nya un nawala kasi daw rich in fiber un saba.

may plan din po akong mag gym since i need to lose 10-20 kgs. kaya lang sobrang tight ng schedule ko sa school.

Hardwork po,

try mo ung 4am habit,

3km jogging,
Heavy breakfast,
lite lunch, <-- mostly fruit, bananas and oranges
dinner,

ung jogging po hindi kilangan na mabilis, you just need to sweat a LOT, preferably before sunrise kasi pag may araw na medyu ma init na,
after ng run kilangan mong mag stretch then eat breakfast as much as you like, and then repeat,

no alcohol,
no sweets,
no junk foods,

first week will be hell, jan ung muscle cramps, irregular sleeping patterns, and you will fell drained through out the day,

pero pag naging habit na yan magiging madali nlg yan,

bawal din po ung dopamine inducing activities, like p**n and excessive Social Network use, nakaka wala ng gana sa pag jogging yan,

hindi po ako pwedeng magfasting dahil sa workload ko. saka mas maganda un well-toned un body kesa mabilis pumayat tapos isang kain lang balik na agad sa dati. that is on my case though. ganyan kasi nangyari sa kin, 5 days na fasting tapos 1 day lang na nagrice ako balik na agad sa dati. that's why i wanted to try mag gym kasi gusto ko din pagpawisan and iincrease ang stamina ko..

baka kasi bigla kaming mamundok :lol:

gaya ng sabi ng iba, Intermittent Fasting, try mo ts.. baka effective sayo..
 
mag gym ka brad, yung half rice gawin mong half ulit bali 1/4 bawasan mo din uminom at manigarilyo, jogging ka tuwing umaga hapon gym matulog ka ng 6 to 8 hrs pataas para makapag pahinga katawan mo, More protein ka Egg/gulay ako ginawa ko every other day ako nag ggym para hindi masyadong masakit sa katawan proper exercise lang yan.
 
bawas intake .. fasting .. more workout
hindi ka papayat sa diet diet lang ..
 
interminent fasting tapos ung kainin mo ung pangdiet din. ok na ok yan para sa tamad mag-gym.
 
water fasting ako for 3 days. ganda ng result 3-5kg agad nabawas. Kung ayaw niyo ng IF eh low carbs na lang kayo. Absolutely no sweet foods, fruits and rice. Vegatables pwede pa at ang maganda dito eh unli egg. Egg ipalit sa rice.

ingat lang sir sa pagkain lagi ng egg, mataas sa cholesterol yan. muntik ko na rin subukan dati yan, pero di pala maganda.

Gusto mo tlaga pumayat? mag-apple cider vinegar ka. 2 kutsara 30 minutes after mong kumain sa gabi. halo mo sa juice. 3 weeks check mo timbang mo ulit. thank me later

Proven ko na.
i'm doing the 16/8 method.
8am - 4pm (time period 8hrs) ang kain, kahit ano!
Pero mas mabutin kung maiwasan mo paring ang fats.
Mero din kasing case na slim body pero high body fats.
Titantawag din na Muscle to fat Ratio. That will be another topic.

then next 16hrs is ONLY WATER!

exercise? daily walk and jogging (every saturday or sunday)
NO NEED TO GO TO GYM! it will save you time and money!
The goal is to reduce weight and be slim first!

Muscle + weight loss ito po advice ko.
. Share ko lang base sa experience ko.
☑Hindi mo na need ng any supplyment trust me.
☑kailangan mo kumain light meal + high protein every 3 hours. At light carbs for energy. ( Every Workout days or restdays )
Purpose po nyan para bumilis metabolism natin . After a month kung tuloy tuloy itong ginagawa mo mapapansin mo medyo lumalaki na ang muscle mo at mapapansin mo mabilis kana magutom dahil sa metabolism mo which is good!.
☑proper sleep atleast 8 hours a day
☑ advice lang guys hindi po totoo ang the less you consume food the more you loss weight no po. The more you eat food the more you loss weight po.
( dito na po papasok ang metabolism )
☑make sure tama po ang workout natin meaning tinatamaan ang muscle na target natin.
☑ Iwasan ang over workout po.
☑ Healthy food.
☑ Rest day
Then sa program workout naman make sure ang muscle na itrain natin may enough rest for 48 hours kasi hindi mag ggrow ang muscle natin pagna overtrain sya. Hindi magbuild ang nasirang muscle so hindi sya lumalaki.
Advice guys pag workout nyo huwag kayo mag halo-halong program. Kung chest day, chest day .wag mo na haluan ng iba pa no more tricep workout.
So ikaw ngayon nasayo na kung anong day gusto mo iworkout. Example Monday chest Tuesday Abs Wed shoulder Thurs Tricep. Etc.
( Everyday ng workout natin atleast 1 to 1 hour and 30mins. Iwasan ang over workout) solid ang workout mo dito. Everyday focus on one program. Solid yan at makesure na tama din ang ginagawa mo at natatarget ang muscle natin.
Ako program ko po may halong calisthenics. Search nyo na lang kung ano po mga iyun.
