How to setup 4 monitors on macbook pro 2013 using a splitter?

when the splitter is connected it displays the same video on 4 monitors...similar to this .

Update. further research led me to use a windows pc instead of external gpu, since unti na lang dagdag whole pc na.


used:
OS: windows 10
Video card: Zotac GTX 1060
-used 2x2 matrix using surround settings.
