Tremendous day fellow Symbianizers I just want to know, how true that Linux operating system is virus free? Waiting for your reply, greatly appreciated!

Hindi sya virus free. Mas less lang talaga ma infect kase almost lahat ng virus/malware were made for windows platform kase nandon ang pera.

Code:
POST /wp-login.php HTTP/1.1
GET /admin/pma/scripts/setup.php HTTP/1.1
GET /mysqladmin/scripts/setup.php HTTP/1.1
GET /MySQLAdmin/scripts/setup.php HTTP/1.1
sshd[xxxxx]: Failed password for root from xx.xx.xx.xx port 39529 ssh2
sshd[xxxxx]: Failed password for admin from xx.xx.xx.xx port 40444 ssh2
[ftpd]: [www] FAIL LOGIN: Client "xxx.xx.xxx.xx"
[ftpd]: [anonymous] FAIL LOGIN: Client "xxx.xx.xxx.xx"
[ftpd]: [username] FAIL LOGIN: Client "xxx.xx.xxx.xx"

So kapag na-exploit ang computer, whether it be Windows, Linux, BSD or MacOS, pwede siyang maging part ng botnet, maging proxy/tunnel o kaya maging bulk mailer to deliver spam.

While it is true that Linux has very little viruses, it is still prone to vulnerabilities like any other operating system.

Not so true!

@ Mr. MinenskiePortal, OK thanks for your share on the thread!

Definitely not! Do you guys know one of the largest DDoS attack? Mirai (Japanese for "the future", 未来) is a malware that turns networked devices running Linux into remotely controlled "bots" that can be used as part of a botnet in large-scale network attacks. More info here at wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mirai_(malware)

I think Mali ang pananaw mo,

Sa Linux kasi lahat ay files and folders included ang mga hard drives and pen drives, and also Linux ay open source, besides totoo lang maraming Server ay Linux ang Operating system rather than Microsoft, reasons why.
1. FREE because of GNU License
2. Virus Free because I said all are files and folders
3. Madaling gamitin
4. Much secured.
