HTC drained battery not opening

Meron po akong HTC na-drain po sya biglang nag off po. Sinaksak ko yung charger hindi umiilaw yung red light nya sa Upper left so it means hindi rin sya nagchcharge.
sinaksak ko din po sa computer ay hindi rin nagbukas.
Ginawa ko na po lahat hindi pa rin nagchacharge o nagoopen.
