kaya yata ito ng reset button ng modem. Kuha ka lang ng paper clip, hanap ka ng maliit na butas sa likod ng modem, then insert mo yung paper clip, press for 10 second. After nun, access the GUI using the default username and password

naka openline po kasi ito sir baka mawala openline nito salamat sa pag reply
ganyan nangyari sakin kagabi so nagrisk na ko na ireset. nagreset ako via sa dashboard, nakaremember me kasi pw ko dun kaya lang di ko ako makagamit admin sa mobile kaya nireset ko nalang. ang nangyari, nareset, bumalik lahat sa dati, naging pula led light ko meaning di mabasa yung sim ko. akala ko hopeless na, ang ginawa ko, nagflash ulit ako ng fw na andito sa symb via balong. ayun gumana!
siguro do it at your own risk. eh sakin no choice na ko kaya nagrisk na ko. and buti naman at gumana ulit 936 ko.
