I lost the Kilig and Happy Feeling. Any advice?

Hindi ko na maramdaman yung kilig and my time naman na masaya ako pero parang temporary lang madalas.

Nangyari kasi ito back nung naging single ako ng matagal. Then on my birthday i've met this girl na pinakilala ng mga kababata kong friends. Long story short, ginagamit lang pala ako (pineperahan) umuutang sakin. Masaklap pa nun, alam pala ng mga kababata ko. Di ko magets bakit nireto sakin.

The hardest part is minahal ko ng totoo at for a long time dun ko naramdaman yung "kilig" factor. As in yung matutulog ako ng may ngiti ako sa labi and I'll look forward for the next day.

I've dated a couple of girls and andun uung slight happiness. Pero hindi ko masyado maramdaman yung kilig factor kahit ang gaganda nila.

Learn to love your self before you can learn to love others and don't give a 100% of your love (kahit alam nating mahirap at imposible) if that person left you, you still have remaining portion to start again. Always use your brain first then your heart (that is why the brain is at the top your head and not your heart) but use them at the same time. Last one is always learn from your failure and that will make us wiser the next time.

let's say sky diving, cliff diving, bungee jumping, rappelling, atbp.

and figure out how to experience the same feeling all over again.

Kung temporary lang naman po, sa mga celebrities po, kpop o sa anime girls na lang po. At least wala ka po masasaktan ni isa sa kanila po. Enjoy-enjoy ka muna gumamit ng imagination mo kahit wala sa real life po, temporary kilig lang naman diba po? Hinde mo naman po aasawahin diba?

Huwag mo pilitin ang sarili mo na kiligin ka sa iba babae po dahil hinde po gagana. If you ask me po, super dami ako crush at kinikiligan na lalake on tv at movies po pero temporary lang naman po yun at saka ang maganda po, ayos lang po na kahit madami o palit-palitan po sila.

Sus me, hindi mo naman po aasawahin yung mga nakikita mo on tv o sa movie diba po? Basta enjoy what youre doing po. Enjoy po kase ako manood kaya kahit sino lalake ay nagugustuhan ko sa kakapanood po.

Basta kung saan ka po nag eenjoy, doon ka na po. Kung mahilig ka po maglaro ng video games, kung na in love ka po sa kakalaro, doon ka po. Malay mo po magkacrush ka pa po sa mga girls doon---e karamihan pa naman sa character design in games ay magaganda po---tipo sexy, flawless at beautiful hair pa po.
