sa friend ko sa 6plus niya, after magupdate nawala muna ang finger print scanner. Pinaayos. Nagamit ng one week pero wala talaga touch id. Tapos ngayon Sim activation failed na. Ayaw na magboot. Hanggang SIM Required. Insert a Sim card... Try Again. GPP LTE Unlock sim gamit niya. Ngayon wala na magamit.

that means repaired na yung unit na nakuha nya.
bricking units on repaired phone is nothing new with Apple
if youre attempting to have your iphone repaired in 3rd party repair shops, at least have them replace it with genuine parts, not the china parts, theres a big price gap between them. Over all hindi mo rin naman siguro malalaman kung original yung parts na kinabit nya so yeah SOL.
using a sim unlocker should work on any iOS versions, if they preventing you to update it, its either they hiding something from it besides from having that phone locked to japan or us or australia, specially on phones that is under ios version 9 or later.
even the gpp makers them selves says its ok to update the ios, just dont change the sim after you activated it. after all, all those imposer/unlocker chips are good for 1 use only. Even on their website, they blatantly said that their imposer chips are good for 1 use if you can read chinese that is.
kaya as much as possible wag kang kukuha ng overpriced ng sim unlocker, since if youre a type of person who change the sim a lot, mas maganda ipa FU na lang yan, well nung gumagana pa yung gpp lte with easy activation, medyo ok pa yan kahit gaano ka pa kadalas mag palit ng sim, but since its blocked then stuck ka nalang dyan sa last activated sim.
Plus not all phones are designed to have their SIM trays to replaced more than once a day, heck manufacturers assume all users have 1 SIM card per lifetime that they can use.

Guys, baka po may nakatulong sken. Naka GPP lang po ako tas meron signal nakakareceive ng txt and calls pero di nakakapagtxt and calls. Naka “unknown” un number ko sa “phone settings”. ���� nag try ako bumili sa Lazada ng GPP LTE kaso sim not supported. Wala na bang pag asa to? Iphone 6 128GB Japan Locked na naka IOS 11.0.2 po ako. Sana may makatulong sken. ����

Japan Softbank din po yung akin, pero na ka carrier Globe 30.0 pero di gumagana pag walang gpp. Then pinaayos ko yung iphone ko kasi na basag yung screen tapos pinaki alaman ng ni kuyang mang aayos di na nag read pero na open niya kahit walang sim. then nag auto download ios 11 ininstall ko wala namang problem pag katapos ni reset ko Sim not Valid pero my signal paano po to

Mas safe yong bagong version ng gpp lte. Pero try mo, just incase ng failed yong sim mo after update ng ios. Bili k n lng bagong chips n lte.
ip6 user here ios 11 question lang po pag ni reset ko po ba sya at nag update ng bagong ios kakailanganin ko pa po ba bumili ng bagong gpp?
ang bilis nya narin ma lowbat kahit mag wifi ka lang ng 100% battery after 10 mins batt empy na agad.

na block nanaman ulit yung mga bagong gpp lte, xD hindi man lang tumagal ng isang buwan.
oh well, at least you can exploit the feature of rsim12 that is capable of editing ICCID, ginawa ko lang is kinopya ko yung ICCID ng SIM card kung saan naka lock yung iphone, gamit yung iphone 3 na jb na meron software based sim unlocker, and interest ko lang doon is makita yung ICCID ng japan docomo sim so kinuha ko yung docomo iccid at tinest ko using the rsim12, and long and behold it works... yun nga lang it only works only on japan docomo locked phones, it should work on any other carrier specific phones yun nga lang kailangan ng specific ICCID per network. which is very messy, sana makahanap ng bagong ICCID ang rsim12 para kahit anong network pwede.

Hi po, Bumili ako ng second hand Iphone 5s (gpp lte, TM sim inserted, updated to ios11) gumagana na sya, gusto ko palitan ng owned sim card ko na globe. tas ginawa ko nagdial ako sa *5005*7672*00# then lumabas na ang dapat lumabas, pinili ko softbank (hindi ko naman alam) tas ayun nirestart ko, after nyan hindi gumana so ang ginawa ko ulit ay binalik ang dati na sim(yung galing sa seller) then hindi narin gumana. gumagana naman sya dati, Siguro nareconfigure ko yung carrier to softbank kaya kahit anong palit ko ayaw na
