iPad 2 GSM meron ako ngayon. Mag-2 years ko ng gamit ito pero okay na okay pa rin siyang gamitin.

Hmmm, kung yan lang 2 ang pagpipilian mo, go for iPad mini. Remember, yung full-sized iPad ay may 4 models ng nilabas. What I'm saying is the iPad 2 will be relatively "old" in that perpective. But despite that, it still performs well at supported pa naman niya latest iOS 6.1.3 plus compatible pa din siya sa iOS 7.

If eventually you decide to go with the iPad mini, at kung makapaghihintay ka, wait for the 2nd generation. I'm hoping the 2nd gen will already have the retina display and it will be well worth it.

Personal opinion ko lang po yan. Sa huli ay ikaw pa rin mag-decide kung ano at kailan ka bibili.

Go ahead, bro. Ako din eager to have an iPad mini (with retina), although kailangan ko pa maghintay kung kailan darating yun. The good thing about that is may panahon pa kong mag-ipon for that while waiting, hehehe!

i got my ipad mini a month ago and i played so many HD games without having problem. downloading videos online aswell using an application. surfing the web and streaming. most of the games that i played are paid. i downloaded it through KUAIYONG app in pc which is free. ex. nba2k13 , temple run oz, modern combat 3 and 4. im still thinking if i would jailbreak my idevice because im worried about the warranty. for me this is the best!

Yung binebenta po ng Smart, may kasama ng libreng 3G/4G/LTE Sim (prepaid subscription). See screen grab below:

But IN GENERAL, wala po talagang kasamang SIM ang mga Wi-Fi+3G models ng full-sized iPad or iPad mini sa box/package. The buyer/consumer will self-provide the SIM. Depende na po yan kung nabili mo sa mga network providers (like Smart/Globe) at kung ano offer nila kasama ng device.

I'm hoping for a retina version early next year (2014).

Kung maglabas man sila late this year, I don't think a retina display would be there. But if they could do it, it would be a VERY MERRY Christmas for me!!!

Ganun din naman sa full-size iPad na naunang nagkaroon ng retina display (among the iPad line) with the iPad 3. Hindi naman siguro tatagain ng Apple ang mga consumer sa sobrang kamahalan just for an upgraded display.

Magkakaroon yan ng retina iPad mini. Apple devices already with Retina display:

-iPhone
-iPad (full size)
-iPod Touch
-MBP

Eventually buong product lineup nila magkakaroon din sooner or later. So a retina iPad mini & retina MBA is not so far-fetched.

Hindi po possible (sa ngayon) ang pag-downgrade to lower iOS 6.x ang iPad mini. Kahit pa may na-save kang 6.x SHSH blobs, it cannot be done.

Wala kayong magagawa kung hindi hintayin na lang ang next jailbreak (presumably for iOS 7).
