yes, there are companies who seek people with work experiences, but I bet na meron ding tanggapin ka kahit wala pa.
here's the point however: wag mag expect ng malaking salary lalo kung fresh graduate palang, but still it depends.
halimbawa, you have certifications kunwari na Oracle Java Certified Java SE 8 Programmer, I believe it may change things a little, lalo kung Java ang heavily used language sa company, or isa yun sa mga importanteng PL's sa kanila. (if you can't see the impact nitong example ko, maybe of course you heard the certifications of Cisco nung nagaaral ka pa, and how it weighs to be certified in Cisco Systems. kasi ako nung Networking subject days ko, madalas nababanggit yun samin at yung importansya nya. but, certifications tend to be very pricey (you can check their prices online)).
my two cents:
experiences are not important in getting an IT job, experiences maybe important in getting a GOOD IT job though.
skills on the other hand are very important (and like I'm telling previously, can be proved by taking certification exams, but there may be other ways than that but I believe it's the common way)
