ako naghahanap ng lilipatang trabaho, as of now mag 2 months palang ako sa work ko ngaun as encoder. and b4 is nagtrabaho ako abroad sa abudhabi ng 3 years sa oil and gas industry... sana matulungan nyo ako, ngaun kc is under agency ee alam nyo naman nakakaltasan ang minimum na sahod

guys need some advice..i'm working here in our company as software developer but not properly compensated, gusto ko nmn ung ginagawa ko kaya ayos lng skin.. ang hindi ko lng sure eh kng dpt ko bang ibigay sa knila pati source code ko? sino po ang may same experience ?

mga sirs baka may alam kay hiring tech support kahit entry level kuha lang po ako ng experience. Di ko po nagagamit yung tesda css certificate ko sayang naman. maraming salamat. 
Di ako Web Developer pero pero kung may contract ka pinirmahan, usually nasa Intellectual Property Rights Policy yun ng company na lahat ng ginawa mo while employed sa Company are also owned by the company.

Use Load/WAN balancer for ur network 1 2 and 3 if gusto mo pgsasamasamahin ang ISP 1 2 and 3. If not then use ur untangle for DHCP serving for all networks 1 2 and 3. Also check if may sticky mac or static config ang network 2 and 3. Otherwise re-map mo nalang ung network mo. If u want it on a single IP range/network cluster change mo nalang to passive state ang switches 2 and 3 or if hindi available ang gnung feature use an unmanaged switch instead then plug the rest to network 1. So ayun currently kaka 2 months ko palang dto sa bago kong company.. As of now SOLO IT lang ako dto sa company.. Fresh grad lang din ako so meaning hndi pa talaga malawak yung knowledge ko..
Grabe madalas araw araw nga nga.. Wala nakong magawa.. Pa swelduhin lang ako dto sa company ko ngayon..

even though hindi ako properly compensated? ayon kasi sa nabasa ko as long as hindi properly compensated pedeng iapila ung source code nung gnawang mong software at considered sya as intellectual property ng programmer unless nlng kung pnasweldo kang naayon tlga as programmer..ng seek ako ng advice kasi bka po may ktulad diin ng sitwasyon ko or to know if tma ung nabsa ko.. thanks
Kamusta naman ang pagiging IT natin dyan mga brad? Sobrang naboboring na ako dto sa work ko kasi SOLO IT lang ako ngayon dto sa company ko.. Kaka 2months ko palang and fresh graduate pa ako.. Wala nakong maisip na maiiimprove sa company.. Kasi ultimo pag purchase ang barat nila.. Korean company kasi. Hahaha.

Your source code will only belong to you if you file a patent for it which is of course a long and costly process. Now as for intellectual property, any source codes/program na ginawa mo specially if using the company resources and during company hours is still considered the property of the company. As for your question if you are properly compensated or not, bring this issue with HR since if you are hired as a programmer, then you are compensated as a programmer regardless if gaano katedious or kahirap ung program na ginawa mo. If hindi ka satisfied sa compensation mo and you think you deserve more, then free-lancing is for you. Ikaw na mag-gauge on how much you will charge your clients. Just my two cents. Good luck!

Malaki ba sahod? Kung malaki ang sahod okay na yan. ang baba ng pasahod ngayon kung di ka programmer.. oopps kahit programmer din pala
maganda gawin mo pag wala ka masyadong ginagawa mag research or sumali ka sa tech forum/trainings kung saan marami kang matutunan, sagot naman ng PNP lahat ng expenses siguro
okay sir but how about this side na hindi ko nabanggit.. as of now kasi ang job title ko ay system administrator pero ng ddevelop nko ng program.. then may next project ako which is bigger than what I'm creating right now.. eto n kasi ung kabuuan ng system nung kumpanya.. but they still didn't change my job title as programmer.. they didn't hire me as a programmer but as system adminstrator un nga lang since na kinailangan mg develop ng new system for the company ako n ung inilagay nila as programmer..inaapila ko ung job title ko pero until now wla pa rin silang gngawang aksyon because they were afraid na itaas ang sweldo ko dahil ung salary ko ay nakabase sa sa tagal ko sa kumpanya at hidni sa posisyon.. meaning same lang sweldo ko sa other employee like TELLER. what can you say about this matter? idk kung san knino ako mg seek ng tamang advice eh..
