CrowdSourcing mga idol! Printer po namin is DCP-T700W Brother, And problem po is hnde tumutuloy yung pag print lagi na stuck then nakalagay sa LED screen nya UNABLE TO PRINT 35 and 3B error. ano po kaya ibang way para maayos yung printer namin. nagawa ko na po yung RESET yung maintenance yung PURGE

mga sir help naman pano tamang procedure ng pag refill na cartridge?
may dalawang brand new ako na cartridge na naubusan ng laman tapos sinubukan kong i refill nung una nakapag print pa ng tig limang pages kada cartridge na okay pagkatapos nun ayaw na mag print ng blue color both cartridge
sinubukan ko na suction tool, hot water, saka pump method ayaw parin
sa ngayon napabili ulit ng bago cartridge kaya pag naubos to rerefill ko ulet di kasi naka ciss printer ko kasi may warranty pa sayang kasi eh
question ko lang
1. kelangan pa todong empty na cartridge bago refill or kelangan may tira pa na 10-20%?
2. pano ba tamang process ng pagrefill kelangan muna babad sa hot water saka kelangan pag nirefill i suction kagad?
3. ano best ink for refill and may expiration din ba inks?

Newbie po ako as IT, question lang po kase before sa pinag ojthan ko may vpn kami para makaconnect sa server namin kahit nasa bahay. Ask lang po idea panu mag kecreate VPN para makaconnect sa domain sa office.

kelangan mo magsetup ng VPN server. this can be direct sa firewall/router or sa isang dedicated server talaga; of course, you will need un kapares nya na vpn client. kelangan mo lang yung mga parameters mo like shared passphrae, cipher, etc. to establish the connection
wag mo ng paabutin ng 20% ung ink mo pag nakita mong 21% na ung ink mo magrefill kna agd. wag na wag mong patutuyuin ung ink kasi once na natuyo yan mhihirapan kang itroubleshoot yan.
May Windows Server 2012 Datacenter akong ginagamit, meron kaming domain pero wala kaming firewall na gamit. May paraan ba para makapag vpn gamit win server data center of need palitan ung operating system?

yes pwede. setup ka vpn server under windows server.
add role remote access, then enable direct access and vpn (ras). you may need to passthrough the required ports kay modem/router kung wala kay firewall. also you will need to have static ip for a stable vpn server.

Solution to change the data cable
You can change the data cable, the most logical reason of this problem is that the printer is not getting the corresponding information, it is recommended to change the USB cable if using USB connection or change the bidirectional parallel cable. It is possible that this issue is creating a conflict and the documentation or the data sent to the printer is not properly arriving. Before buying another cable try with an extra cable you have at home, or that you can borrow from someone else, avoid spending your money before being sure of what is causing this problem.
Solution to change the data cable port
As we stated before the reason why this problem is happening is because the printer is not receiving the information correctly; this is including the fact that the printer cannot be well connected or is connected to a port that is not resistant enough to send the correct info to the printer, please test different ports until you can figure out which one is the right port.
Uninstall and install the drivers again
If you have tried the possible solutions mentioned above, the next step is to uninstall the driver of the printer and download it and install it again, we recommend the unzip installation.
Verify that the print queue is on EMF
The print queue has to be on EMF and not on RAW, to change the setup you have to go to printers in the Control Panel or in the Start menu and after that in printing devices. When you are in printers what you have to do is to right click until you get to printer properties, when you get there you have to look in the top menu where it says details and then in setups, after that go to where it says printing queue, if it is on RAW change it to EMF.
Check the paper sensor
Check if the paper sensor that indicates when the printer takes the paper correctly and it is not pressing down, you can find it under the black plastic cylinder, located in the middle of the printer. In case it is pressing down without having pages this could be the problem, it could be that the printer is taking the pages in the wrong moment and it causes the error.
Cancel the printing and try to print again
After seeing that the printer is printing symbols along the page, go to the printer and cancel the document to be printed, better do it with the left click and then cancel, after that turn off the printer and unplug it too, leave the printer to rest for a moment and then plug it and try to print again.
Restart the PC and try again
When your printer is having this problem turn off the printer and restart the PC, when the PC is on again try to print one more time, in case the problem is still there contact the Epson client support for this printer.
