Kerio Operator
- Fixed feature (DTMF) codes for calls going through ring groups.
- Fixed the option "Allow incoming routes to use outgoing calls" for telephone cards interfaces.
- Fixed inbound to outbound call routing when call forwarding on some phone models is used with the FwdAll button.
- Fixed the stopping of packet sniffer where the last few packets might be lost in some situations.

Kerio Operator Administration
- Fixed displaying of the license expiration time (might be off by several hours in some edge cases).
- Fixed the Spanish translation for the Conferences menu item.

Introducing Operator 2.4

This major version of Kerio Operator provides significant improvements in the SIP interfaces applicable to more SIP provides, and has more call routing capabilities. This release adds video calling and has many other enhancements.

Improved SIP interfaces

The changes in SIP interfaces include:

Modified terminology in the configuration now complies with the terminology of the majority of SIP providers.
The SIP interface dialog now offers both a simpler configuration and capabilities to handle more complex scenarios, such as multiple SIP proxies, unusual use of the From: header, additional headers like P-Asserted-Identity, and so on.
You can define up to 1000 phone numbers for an interface.

Improved outbound call routing
The context of call routes has been extended. For example, with a single dial-out prefix, Kerio Operator can direct users through different call routes. You also have more options when manipulating the calling and called numbers.

Video calling
Kerio Operator now supports video calls with supported phones and softphones.

Personalize the Operator Client interface
Users can change the color scheme of their Kerio Operator Client interface. Also, a custom logo can be used on the Kerio Operator Client login screen.

Improvements in PRI/BRI/analog cards
The configuration dialogs for telephony cards now include audio gain controls, DTMF sensitivity, and Type of Number prefixes. Up to 1000 external phone numbers can be defined for each telephony card interface.

Additional new features
Kerio Operator now logs IP addresses assigned by a DHCP server and a warning when Kerio Operator starts and the DNS is not working.
Kerio Operator can now periodically verify domain names.
Kerio Operator can now read Caller ID from different outgoing headers.
Users can now confirm the direct dialing in the auto-attendant scripts with the pound key.
Users can now apply call routing rules to calls coming from call queues and ringing groups.
You can now configure extensions to allow only one incoming call, for use with phones that do not have good support for call switching.
You also can now replace the sound files in the audio file library, as well as increase, decrease or normalize their volume.
You can now configure the DTMF detection in SIP interfaces.
You can prepend a label to the display name in incoming calls.
You can upload custom voice mail announcements (Busy message, etc.) via the Kerio Operator Client web interface.
