Kindly follow what's on the video. This is not specific for D83820d models, just match the firmware version with your mobile model and you're ready to go. Watch in full HD

*Install LG Mobile Drivers first before starting the flash process.
*Flash OFFLINE for best results
*Go to 'Download Mode' by holding the 'Volume Up' button before connecting your 'Data' cable. (Data cable, not the ordinary 'Charging' ones)
*If you are confused with your LG G Pro II model, try using ''Tools/Read Phone Information'' first in LG Flash Tool. Check your phone OFFLINE for accurate results.

- If your phone is ROOTED, it is best to use ''CDMA+Emergency+CSE Flash" setting combination during flash.

Credits to all the developers in XDA and LG Viet, did some modifications but then check those sites for more information.
