Suggestion, mauubos lang oras mo kaka tweak, hardware limitation na yan. Best suggestion is to buy a new one na lang na may discrete graphics card

check mo yung NVIDIA settings mo. then ayusin mo pref sa game na LoL. try mo din dagdagan RAM mo.
