do you mean equivalent nya sa pagkain? Madami kasi eh. Mostly calories can be seen sa mga labels ng kinakain natin, sa Nutritional Facts siya makikita. Halimbawa ng mga pagkain na may 400 calories are :
* 5 to 6 medium apples * 6 medium oranges * 2 to 3 glasses of 2% milk * Small stack of chooclate chip pancakes * 2 medium / large bowls of plain
oatmeal * Crackers (10 to 15) and 4 to 6 ounces of
cheese * 2 to 3 hot dogs (no buns, with small
toppings like ketchup) * 1 to 2 hot dogs (with buns, with
toppings) * 2 to 3 servings of nuts (varies based

patry nga neto. medyo lumake tyan ko nung mag call center ako,night shift kase bagal ng metabolism pag gabi,tas pag umaga naman tulog..
 
ganyan din naman ako minsan,sa tubig lang yan,kaya feeling mo parang busog ka. Hehe! Okay lang yang ice cream, basta minsan lang, dapat minsan treat mo din sarili mo. Huwag mo nalang isipin yung guilt, ang importante nag eexercise and c-lium ka na, alam mo ba na ang fiber kayang mag burn ng fats up to 30%.? Kaya dont worry too much.

Ako, personally, I do it twice a day. Sa Morning and Afternoon or Evening.

cge try lang po. Salamat. Much better sabayan mo nadin ng mga foods rich in fiber gaya ng oats para even night shift ka, it will help in your metabolism.
