Sir much better kung meron ka dedicated DHCP server. Bale sya ang pagkukuhanan ng IP ng lahat ng VLAN mo. Bale kelangan mo na lang magsetup ng IP helper. By the way, I presume meron kang L3 switch to do the VLAN routing, yes?

FIREWALL
NIC1 -> WAN
NIC2 -> LAN
NIC3 -> CORE SW

Cisco Core SW (L3)
-> Servers
-> Cisco Edge SW (L2)
-> Workstations
-> Wireless AP
-> Laptop
-> Mobile Devices

Mga master baka may alam kayo panu mag disable ng UAC sa specific na application/program pra sa standard user gmit ang GPO sa window server

Microsoft Windows Server 2008
Select Start > Control Panel.
Select User Accounts > Turn User Account Control on or off.
Deselect Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer and click OK.
Reboot the machine for changes to take effect.

Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2
Select Start > Control Panel.
Select User Accounts > Change User Account Control settings.
Move the slider bar down to the Never notify selection and click OK.
Reboot the machine for changes to take effect.

Microsoft Windows Server 2012 / 2016
Select Start > Control Panel
Click System Security
Under Action Center, choose Change User Account Control settings
Move the slider bar down to the Never notify selection and click OK
Reboot the machine for changes to take effect

For All Microsoft Windows Version that support UAC
Select Start > Run
At the Run window type the following command and click Ok
powershell
Copy/Paste this command in the PowerShell prompt:

New-ItemProperty -Path HKLM:Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\system -Name EnableLUA -PropertyType DWord -Value 0 -Force

Reboot the machine for changes to take effect.
Make sure UAC is disabled by navigating to a restricted folder.
Select Start > Run
At the Run window type the following command and click Ok.

C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Config

If the system doesn't prompt you for Administrative access - UAC has been successfully disabled.

there's a rationale behind kaya normally per department and pag class ng VLAN kesa per devices. sa workstation/pc mo na /22 (1022 hosts) hindi mo na maximize yung VLAN. normally kaya ka nag VLAN is to break yung network mo into smaller segments i.e. /24

my 2 cents.
