Ang problema kasi sa iba, kaen ng kaen pero hindi ito nabburn...Importante tlaga exrcise.. at nababasa ko sa mga health magazine, kelangan padin naman naten ng carbs sa katawan.
 
pagpoor need tlaga ng rice. kasi wla sila pambili ng fruits at vegetables. Gaya ko poor.hehe

korekkk...haaayyy ang hirap mag adjust pag napapadami ng kain ng kanin... tamad ako mag exercice kya tumataba na ako,di na buburn ang mga fats...:lol:
 
Well kahit ano gawin natin na diet or healthy living sa huli isa pa rin kakahantungan natin. So why don't we just enjoy our life at magpakabusog. We only live once after all.

Pero nageexercise din ako dahil masarap at nakakagaan ng pakiramdam ang exercise.
