Firmware Update!

v30.0.019 is already available to phones with Euro 1 product codes. I tried to update but it's not available yet on APAC region.

Here are the improvements they noticed after the update:

1. ASR sensitivity is very very good. it is a bit slow but its sensitivity is how it is supposed to be. PERFECT.
2. Pictures are a little clearer now and flash also has improved.
3. Browsing through is extremely fast.
4. Music through loudspeakers is much clearer(not louder), there is no longer any distortion.
5. Music through headphones is comparable to my friends N81(Yeah tried it with many songs on the same headphones).
6. Radio reception has improved.
7. Youtube works flawlessly.
8. Startup RAM is 94.5mb.

A bug:
1. I cannot switch profile to silent by using the "hash" button.

I'm excited sa firmware to come! Sana nga kasing ganda na ng quality ng n81 yung sounds when using the headphones!

Sana may bagong feature siya like demand-paging to somehow further increase the battery life (its present in the n98-8gb ang s60 fp2 phones) hehehe. heavy user kasi ako and i have to recharge my phone everyday because of that

not really. you can do it youreslf at any place where there is a fast internet connection (because you have to download about 105mb) through the Nokia Software Updater.

But if your phone still has warranty, you can bring it to a care point for free.

try ka ng ibang microsd, basing from you troubleshooting, ok yung phone pag walang microsd pero pag meron ayaw mag on .

automatic kasi ung red light, pag medyo dim ang area, tsaka siya active, pero pag maliwanag, check mo na lang ung view finder mo, naggi-green din un pag focus na

yung red light kasi di talaga umaandar yun kapag sobrang maliwanag yung area. mas magandang palatandaan yung green viewfinder sa screen mo.

hmm.. bKa meron sa inyo jang spy cam or kahit anong camera tools na nakaka-disable ng thin red light and camera sounds.. whew.. sayang yung kanina sa MRT.. sarap bosohan! hahahaha.. lol.. hmm.. narinig ko yung Europe based na firmware pwede daw ganun..

if you have core player 1.25 installed in your phone, it supports flv go to core player select open file it should be able to recognize your flv files
